Proposal for a state-of-the-art sealing system to address the main challenges of V-packings. [Main Challenges] - There are instances of replacing V-packings with other types, leading to discontinuation without updating molds, making them increasingly difficult to obtain. - Lubrication is hard to reach throughout the entire V-packing, resulting in increased friction due to lack of lubrication, which leads to shaft wear. - Stick-slip is likely to occur during startup and at low speeds. - Stick-slip makes precise positioning accuracy difficult, resulting in vibrations and noise. - The design requires a large amount of space. *These main challenges can be resolved.
